This series, every other Wednesday from 11am-Noon, offers a supportive space for new mothers to connect and build community amongst those with shared struggles, experiences, and/or needs! Each group session we can chat about topics related to the transition into motherhood such as sleep, feeding, relationships, self-care, and more. As a help to you, we can also include expertise about posture, movement, breathwork and more related to the postnatal phase of life! Participants will receive pertinent resources on all topics discussed. Your babies, toddlers, & small children are ALWAYS welcome to come with!

As we head into the holiday season, it's a great way to refresh your baby's wardrobe without spending a dime, or donate clothing you no longer need. Don't miss out on this opportunity to mingle with other parents, learn about pelvic health, and find some adorable outfits for your little ones!
- Please ensure all clothing items brought to donate or swap are new or gently used.
- Accepting baby clothes sizes newborn-24months
All clothing not swapped, and left for donation, will be donated to Genesis Women's Shelter & Support to their Genesis Benefit Thrift Store.

Yoga in the Park with Dr. Ally

The Endo Forward Foundation and Genesis are partnering up for a yoga in-the-park event with Dr. Ally!
This class is designed specifically for those with chronic illnesses and endometriosis, so it’s a safe and supportive space for everyone.
This in-person event will take place at 1717 W Rosemeade Pkwy. Don't forget to bring your mat. Water and light snacks provided!
This class is $5, which goes into the pelvic floor physical therapy fund with Genesis PT to help people cover the cost of their pelvic floor physical therapy care that need assistance!

Join us for a unique collaboration between Indra's Grace Yoga and Genesis PT on Saturday, November 16, from 12–2 PM for a special Pelvic Health & Yoga Workshop designed to empower you with knowledge and tools for pelvic health through both education and movement.
Led by Dr. Bridget from Genesis PT, the workshop begins with an informative session on how the pelvic floor impacts overall well-being. You’ll learn about common pelvic floor issues, such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and core instability, and Dr. Bridget will share practical tips and exercises to improve pelvic floor health so you leave with actionable steps for daily life.
Following the educational session, Jenny, from Indra's Grace Yoga, will lead a gentle, accessible yoga practice to help integrate what you’ve learned. Focusing on pelvic floor awareness, core connection, and mindful movement, this practice will help you feel grounded and empowered in your body.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of pelvic health, whether you've experienced pelvic floor issues or simply want to take preventive measures. All experience levels are welcome!
Turkey Trot or Walk

Come join us for a fun-filled Turkey Trot/Walk event at Genesis PT & Wellness Fort Worth! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event is perfect for everyone. Get into the Thanksgiving spirit with friends and family as we trot or walk our way around Fort Worth. We will end our trot/walk at Locust Cider with a Pelvic Health & Wellness Info Session and the first round of drinks will be on Genesis! Don't miss out on this opportunity to get some exercise, learn more about pelvic health, and enjoy the company of others. See you there!
