Then stay for an expert talk and open Q&A with Dr. Madison Young, pelvic floor physical therapist, who will dive into how your pelvic floor works, why it matters in movement, and what every woman should know.

Ready to find your stride again? This is for those trying to get back into running post injury, post surgery, or those with pelvic floor dysfunction - this can look like incontinence, pelvic pain, and/or pressure and heaviness in the area.Â
We will begin with an overview of pelvic floor health for runner, then deep dive into how pelvic floor therapy can help you get those miles back via exercises and movements you can do on your own at home! There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

A special Mobility Monday (on a Tuesday!) with pelvic floor expert Amelia May PT, DPT. Pelvic floor+hip mobility in one powerful class.Â
We’ll guide you through a mix of end range mobility drills, active stretching techniques, and pelvic floor exercises—with education along the way on how the pelvic floor contributes to movement, stability, and performance. This class is great for anyone dealing with hip tightness, low back discomfort, anyone with a pelvis, or who’s curious about how pelvic health impacts their daily life. Dr. Amelia is a fantasic resource and wealth of knowledge. We are very excited to bring in her expertise so be sure to come with any and all questions to ask during and after class about all things pelvic floor.
