Meet Dr. Lauren DeBolt, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Willow Park

Dr. Lauren DeBolt helps individuals understand their bodies and address the root contributors to pelvic floor dysfunction. She focuses on lasting change beyond symptom management. She approaches care with compassion and intention, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Lauren believes healing happens best when patients are treated as whole people, not just a collection of symptoms. She works closely with each patient to create a plan that fits their goals and lifestyle.
With a strong passion for pelvic health, Dr. Lauren is committed to making pelvic floor therapy accessible and empowering for both males and females. She advocates for better education, guidance, and physical support so patients feel confident and informed about their bodies. Dr. Lauren believes no one should feel dismissed or told to “live with” symptoms. She encourages comprehensive, individualized care that helps patients keep doing what they love. Dr. Lauren has a special interest in working with active individuals and athletes.
She helps patients safely return to lifting, running, jumping, and sports with confidence and control. Dr Lauren prefers to take a whole-body, movement-based approach to care. She looks at strength, breathing, coordination, and nervous system regulation. All of these can shape pelvic health and performance. Whether patients return to high-level activity or daily movement, she supports them every step of the way. She also helps patients return to pain-free intimacy and feel at home in their bodies again.
Her passion for physical therapy stems from a lifelong background in athletics, including volleyball, soccer, swimming, and cheerleading. Dr. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Angelo State University. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based practice with individualized care, education, and patient empowerment.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lauren enjoys weight training, playing recreational sports, traveling, and exploring local coffee shops, wineries, and breweries.
