For over 10 years, Megan King has been working in the event industry. After graduating from Oral Roberts University in 2015, she began her event career working in higher education. She quickly pivoted from that role to a position that offered a little more fun, wedding planning. Megan used her talents of organization and time management to assist brides in making sure every detail went off without a hitch. She transitioned to corporate events and executive assisting roles, but always kept a love for event planning. 

Megan has a passion for excellence and creating a culture of belonging. She strives to design fun, over-the-top experiences for the team that builds strong relationships amongst its members. The culture of Genesis is truly ingrained in the core values, and Megan loves to bring those to life in different activities and events.

Megan is married to her best friend Dustin and they have two dogs, Waylon and Nash. She currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas and absolutely loves the gorgeous, natural state. In her spare time, you can find her cuddled up with a Colleen Hoover book while sipping a Diet Coke, checking out the newest restaurant in town with her husband, or meeting girlfriends for brunch!
